of New Distributors.

5. Attach Pan Card Copy and Address Proof Copy.

3 Photograph (One Stick on Application Form, 2nd
on Pay direct Card Application Form, 3rd Steeple
in Application form for Distributors I-card)

7.
Submit form in the company office.

2. To Activate Entry.
-
1. Activate your red entry within 21 days from the the of
login.
-
2. If you are not activating your RED Entry within 21 Days,
then the distributor will have to pay penalty of Rs.500/-
for Every 21 Days.

3. Your Red Entry will be Expire/Block after 3 months.

3. To Change The Address.
-
1. Give one Application Letter for change in address with
your sign which is mention in the application form.

2. Pan Card Xerox.
Or
-
1. Send E-Mail with the details. (TrackID, Pan card No.,
Contact No, Old Address and New Address)

4. To Change any Personal Details like Contact no, Nominee Name,
E-Mail id..

1. Give one Application Letter for changes, with your sign
which mention in the application form.

5. To Renew the Site.

1. Pay Renewal Charges of Rs 500/- on or before 31st
December.

2. Renewal charges will be deducted from distributor’s
payout directly in the month of December.

3. For renewals make a Demand Draft in favor of
“IGNITE POWER
MARKETING SOLUTIONS
PRIVATE LIMITED”
Payable at
“MUMBAI”
of Rs. 500/-.for full year.

4. Renewals is calculated on pro rata basis. For Ex:if
Mr.A’s activation date is 20th June, 2009 then Mr
a. has to pay Renewal Charges of Rs. 265 only.(365/500)*no
of days till 31st December.

5. On Backside of Demand Draft Mentioned Distributor Name,
Mob No., Track ID,

6. Renewals amount shown in Distributor Control Panel.

7. Rs.500 Penalty will be Charged Every Year for Non-Renewal
of Site.

8. 2 Continuous Non-renewals site will be expired.

6. To Transfer The Site.

on minimum 25 Rs. Stamp Paper. (on Stamp Paper Both old &
New Distributors Sign is Mendatory)

Xerox attach with stamp paper.

3. Welcome Letter and Pan Card Xerox of old Distributors.
