The rules of Business of i-Power Marketing Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (IPMS) are aimed at observing and upholding the highest standards of conducts for a good repute of the company as well as to preserve and benefits of the Representative / Executive working under the IPBS Marketing plan. Keeping this in view IPMS reserves the

sole and executive revoke all or such portion of the rules as necessary to further promote the objective from time to time . The representative / Executive must the rules of business of the company in addition to the applicable laws  & regulation of the land for conducting such business.

The expression and terms used herein shall also have the meaning assigned to them in the other literatures of the company . In the event of any discrepancy or dispute so arises the meaning ascribed in his Rules of Business shall prevail. All reference to the IPMS Marketing plan, IPMS -programmed and other documents are subject to change in accordance with the amendments published or notified from time to time by IPMS.

AGE:

Prospective IBD must be at least +18 years of age.

NOT TO SUSPENDED PROFESSION:

 He / She must not have been suspended from his current profession or society or institutions.

RIGHT OF REJECTIONS:

INSPIRE INDIA MARKETING PRIVATE LTD reserves the right to accept or reject any application to be an IBD without giving any explanation.

DATE OF AUTHORIZATION:

Date of Application will be treated as the date of authorization and date of joining.

CANCELLATION OF BUSINESS ASSOCIATION:

 In case any IBD is found to participate in any other company's seminar rallies or meetings or presenting any kind of business promotion material of any other company he / she would be treated as cancelled IBD of Inspire.

RENEWALS:

We thank you for being with us as a valuable distributor and enjoying all the benefits with IPMS. IPMS congratulates you for your achievements and we also wish you to continue in our organization forever and avail the maximum benefits. 

For first year – Grace Period of 90Days is allowed and for second and consecutive years - Grace Period of 30Days is allowed, with in this period if the Distributor is earning Incentive, he will get deducted automatically Rs.500/- from his Incentive and beyond the grace period if payment is not received, Rs.1500/- (incl. Rs.1000/- towards Default payment Charges) will be deducted form his Incentive.

E.g. – If a Distributor Track ID is 010203, the validity period will be till 31.01.04 and after that 90Days Grace period is allowed for remitting the payment towards First year Renewal. During this period if this distributor has not paid the payment and if he is getting eligible for Incentive during that Grace period Rs.500/- will be deducted automatically. In case the Distributor is not earning with in the grace period and neither he has paid the Renewal Due amount, then Rs.1500/- will be deducted from his Incentive, whenever he is getting eligible for this amount to deduct.
